GROUCHO: A LIFE IN REVUE

Frank Ferrante returns to Philadelphia’s historic Walnut Street Theatre in the role he first played in Kansas City in 1985 before it moved Off-Broadway the following year and subsequently to London’s West End. A 2001 PBS TV special later resulted. Written by Groucho Marx’s son Arthur with Robert Fisher. Directed by Mr. Ferrante. The production marks the 100th anniversary of the Marx Brothers last run of “I’ll Say She Is” at the Walnut prior to its Broadway transfer in May, 1924. Performances run Tuesday through Sunday. Official opening is 2/21. Located at 825 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107. For tickets call (215) 574-3550 or visit www.walnutstreettheatre.org.
